As a distinguished American School of Protocol graduate in Atlanta, Georgia, she holds professional certifications in Corporate, Business, and Children’s Etiquette, as well as a Corporate Etiquette Certification from the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette. She has also trained under British etiquette expert William Hanson of The English Manner, a leading international protocol and hospitality consultancy. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and experience on Wall Street and in retail, Nikki combines business expertise with etiquette mastery. Beyond her professional background, Nikki volunteers at Agape International, a non-profit that provides housing, meals, medical care, and education to over 250 children affected by AIDS.
