Private workshops and classes can be arranged at your convenience by contacting us via our Contact page. Once we receive your booking form and payment confirmation, we will secure the date and time for you. In the rare event that a course does not reach the minimum number of attendees, New England School of Protocol reserves the right to cancel the course. Private programs can be arranged for individuals or for groups. We offer tailored programs for various occasions such as Girl Scouts, birthday parties, university students, bridal parties, and corporate events. These sessions can be scheduled at your convenience. For a group of participants, a private program can be arranged at a location of your choice. Once your booking form and payment are confirmed, we’ll reserve the date and time for your group. While it’s uncommon, if a course doesn’t meet the minimum attendee requirement, New England School of Protocol reserves the right to cancel. To schedule, simply contact us via our Contact page.

All of our classes, including Social Skills, Dining Etiquette, Conversation Skills, Restaurant Ready, Teen Interview Prep, Netiquette, and our adult ‘Etiquette that Empowers’ Dining Etiquette Workshop, can be arranged as a private session. Once you’ve selected a program, you can contact us through our Contact page. Please note that unless otherwise specified, private courses are scheduled at a mutually agreeable date between New England School of Protocol, LLC, and the client. After confirming the date and venue, and upon receipt of payment, clients will receive a confirmation email with detailed arrangements for the day.

For small groups, private sessions can be held at our Marlborough, MA location. Additionally, we can arrange private lessons at a location of your choice, be it your own premises, a restaurant, corporate office, or a country club, for larger groups upon request.

Group lessons take place at various locations across Massachusetts, including town recreation departments, community education centers, libraries, country clubs, and schools. For details on our group lessons including location and timing, please refer to our Events Calendar.

You can attend our etiquette programs at any age! We have specialized programs for different age groups:

  • Children’s Programs: Designed for ages 7-12 (Grades 2-7).
  • Teen Classes: Tailored for ages 13-18 (Grades 8-12).
  • Adult Workshops: Available for those beyond the teen years.

We cater to a wide range of individuals, ensuring everyone can benefit from our etiquette training.

Our children’s and teen workshops include social skills, dining etiquette, conversation skills, restaurant manners, teen interview prep, and netiquette (texting, email, and social media etiquette) workshops. We understand that participants often come from various activities and sports, so we don’t have a strict dress code. However, if you’d like to dress up, we recommend opting for smart casual attire.

Students are not required to bring anything to participate in our classes.

We kindly request that participants arrive 5-7 minutes prior to the start of the class.

Participants do not have to take notes. At the conclusion of each session, they will receive handouts summarizing the material covered in class. Paper and pencils are available for those who prefer to take notes.

We encourage parents to utilize the handouts provided as a means to reinforce the lessons at home.

We kindly ask that students and parents refrain from taking pictures or recording videos during the session. On occasion, New England School of Protocol may take photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you or your child prefer not to be included in these, please notify the etiquette coach.
