My 9-year-old son did a one-day workshop, and learned some new things while my life lessons were underscored by the instructor. She engaged him with the programming and also the handouts/worksheets. Highly recommend!

Nikki is absolutely amazing and her passion for sharing her knowledge is evident each time she has worked with my Upward Bound (high school) students! She has presented two workshops for us. The first was a small group of 10 students last spring and then to 35 students this summer. No matter the size of the group, she is attentive and patient with all of them. Her presentation is extremely thorough, providing different styles of etiquette and manners with verbal, visual and kinesthetic examples of how to execute what she is explaining. She shares important soft skills that are crucial to success in a professional or an elevated social setting. I highly recommend her, you will not be disappointed and will walk away with more information than you had started with.

I can’t say enough good things about this dining etiquette workshop (we had a private session). Our 12 year old girl benefitted so much, and I actually think she learned in an different way compared to when we did another etiquette boot camp in the Boston area. The folder of leave-behind materials was also a nice touch, and is evident of the thoughtful framework given to this workshop — empowering a goal-setting and growth mindset. Highly recommend this for any pre-teen or teenager.

What a wonderful program! We had 12 junior Girl Scouts (age 9) attend a 90 minute dining etiquette program to complete the Social Butterfly badge. The kids were all engaged the entire time and took lessons home to their families. I highly recommend this for troops!

Nikki was amazing! I have to say, my entire family was very skeptical of this private dining class that I planned. By the end of the evening, they became total converts! We all learned so much both in terms of dining etiquette (rules to follow at the table) and table manners (how to be a good citizen while dining)! The class was supposed to be two hours but went for almost three because we were all so engaged in the process. And we all agreed it made food much more enjoyable to eat when you take pride in the experience. Highly recommend!

The myth is that people that practice proper etiquette are snobby, but Nikki is one of the most down to earth, kind, compassionate, considerate, and approachable persons, that has ever taught the women at Dress For Success Worcester a workshop. We thoroughly enjoyed this workshop, and we learned so much. This is a lost art form, and I’m really happy I now have a chance to share this knowledge with my family, and the rest of the world. I enrolled my two daughters, ages 10 and 12, in this after school program. It was wonderful! Nikki Sawhney covered everything, including table manners, thank you notes, public speaking, making introductions, eye contact, telephone and online etiquette, sportsmanship, and many other topics too. During several classes they had a real dining experience with silver, china and and a linen tablecloth. I feel that these are important topics for all children to learn. Our culture does not reinforce good manners and sometimes kids need to learn these things from someone other than their parents. Nikki Sawhney has a passion for teaching children about etiquette. She has a warm and engaging manner and she makes it fun for the kids.
