Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation policy may be subject to individual circumstances. As a general guideline, New England School of Protocol, LLC typically retains 50% of the full fee if cancellation occurs within one (1) week prior to the scheduled session. If cancellation takes place within three (3) days prior to the session, 75% of the fee is retained, and within 24 hours prior, the full fee of 100% is non-refundable. In rare instances where a course fails to meet the minimum required number of attendees, The New England School of Protocol reserves the right to cancel the course.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon enrollment and can be made to New England School of Protocol via a credit card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. A course will not go ahead until full payment has been received.

All payments received must be in US Dollars.

Arrival Times

We ask that participants arrive at the time specified on the enrollment form, unless agreed otherwise. If a participant fails to show up after 30 minutes without informing the office via phone, text, or email that they are running late, the tutor will leave the training venue. If a participant or group of participants arrive late, the scheduled session will finish at the originally stated time.

Sharing of Course Material

All courses and materials acquired from New England School of Protocol, LLC are intended solely for personal use. Each purchase grants access to the content and course to a single user only. It is strictly prohibited to purchase a product or course with the intention of sharing it with another user. The reselling of New England School of Protocol, LLC materials is strictly prohibited. Posting New England School of Protocol, LLC files or download links on websites, social media platforms, forums, etc. is strictly prohibited. You may not use New England School of Protocol, LLC files or course materials in your professional practice with clients. It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the explicit permission of the copyright owner. Unexpected Circumstances

New England School of Protocol reserves the authority to postpone any training session in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including accident, illness, or any other unforeseen occurrences. We are dedicated to making every possible effort to inform our clients in a timely manner about any such changes to the scheduled training session.

Recording Classes

Unauthorized video or audio recording of any class, seminar, or workshop conducted by New England School of Protocol, LLC is strictly prohibited unless explicit written consent has been obtained. In the event that permission has been granted, it is important to acknowledge that the recorded footage and/or audio is intended for personal use exclusively and may not be utilized for commercial purposes or disseminated on any form of media or social media platform.
